Snowstorm

We got about 8" - 10" of snow last Sunday night (January 9) and it stuck around all week. We were snowed in (on our side of the mountain) for 2 days. Ella had a great time playing outside though.

A White Christmas in Alabama

This is what we woke up to on Chistmas morning. They expected a dusting to an inch, but by late morning, we had around 3 inches.

After opening presents, we played outside in the snow.

Then we took a snowy drive over the mountain to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Santa's Village

The reindeer were the big hit. She also really liked the icicle maze and the fake snow.
