Christmas morning - Santa came!

Ella was so excited about Christmas this year. Then she got sick and felt so bad that she didn't really care anymore. Finally on Christmas Eve she started feeling better and by Christmas Day felt much better. Tessa woke up with a runny nose, but she wasn't feeling too bad yet, so Christmas somehow fell during the small window of time that both girls felt pretty good.

We had a really nice day. Ella was most excited to get her dollhouse from Santa since that was what she had asked him for. She also insisted that he would bring a star for the top of the tree since we didn't have one, and he did!

91st Birthday!

Show week at the Little Gym

Ella LOVES her dance class. She looks forward to it all week. She's in a 3 and 4 year old class. They usually spend 30 minutes in the gym, 15 minutes for tap and 15 minutes for ballet. For show week, they were with the kids from the 5 and 6 year old class as well. The highlight was when they each did a solo. We were so proud when our shy little girl got up in front of a room full of people and danced all by herself!
