We stopped at the aquarium on our way home from Georgia. Ella loved it.

Cabbage Patch Babyland Hospital

We spent the weekend in Dahlonega, GA, for James and Emily's wedding. On Saturday morning we went the the Cabbage Patch Hospital. It was a little odd, but Ella really enjoyed it. She went home with her new baby, Katy.

We drove to Helen for some German food for lunch. Ella wanted to go tubing in the river, but we decide that would have to wait a few years.

Panning for gems

After lunch we went panning for gems at one of the gold mines. Ella loved this. She got to scoop sand, play in the water and go home with a bag of pretty rocks.

In the hopes of avoiding any food allergies with Tessa, we started her a little earlier on solids than we did Ella. She had her first taste of cereal a few days ago. Most of it ended up on her face, but today, after a few days of practice, I think she actually ate a good bit. (The video is her from her first day).
